Who we are
Atelier Ainsley is a trading name of 3E Consulting LLC. Our website address is https://atelierainsley.com. For any question about this policy, or about information we hold, write to info@atelierainsley.com.
What we collect when you contact us
If you use the enquiry form on this site, we collect the name, email address and message you enter, together with the date of your enquiry. If you tick the consent box, we record that you agreed to be contacted about your enquiry and about occasional news of new arrivals.
We use this information to reply to you, to keep a record of the conversation, and — only if you consented — to send you occasional updates. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Where it is kept, and for how long
Enquiries are emailed to us and a copy is stored in the website’s administration area, where only site administrators can see it. We keep enquiries for as long as they remain commercially useful, normally up to two years, and delete them after that unless they relate to a completed sale, where we may need to keep a record for accounting purposes.
You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner, and we will.
Withdrawing consent
If you agreed to occasional updates and change your mind, email info@atelierainsley.com and we will remove you. You do not need to give a reason, and it will not affect an enquiry in progress.
Information collected automatically
Our web host keeps standard server logs, including visitors’ IP addresses, browser type and the pages requested. These are used to keep the site secure and working, and are held by the host for a limited period.
Cookies
This site sets only the cookies necessary for it to function and to keep it secure. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not run analytics or tracking services that profile visitors.
Embedded content from other websites
Pages on this site include embedded video hosted by Vimeo. Embedded content behaves as though you had visited that website directly: the provider may set cookies, collect information about your device, and monitor your interaction with the video, including linking it to your account if you are signed in to their service. We do not control what they collect. Vimeo’s own privacy policy governs that content.
Who else sees your information
We do not sell personal information. It is handled only by the services that make our site and email work — our web host, our email provider, and the video host for embedded video. Each acts on our behalf and under its own privacy terms.
Your rights
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@atelierainsley.com and we will respond within one month. If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page if what we collect changes. Last updated 4 September 2026.
